1. Software & SaaS Products

  • Non-Tangible Products: Once access to a software product or SaaS feature is granted (via activation or login credentials), refunds are generally not available.
  • Trial Access: For subscription-based products, we recommend using any free/demo version before purchasing.
  • Refund Eligibility: A refund may be issued only in cases of proven technical failure not resolved by our support team within 7 business days.

2. Digital Training Programs & Certifications

  • Course Access: Refunds will not be granted if any digital training material (videos, assignments, or live sessions) has already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Certification: If a digital certificate has been issued, the course is considered consumed and non-refundable.
  • Grace Period: A refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of enrollment, provided no content has been accessed.

3. Identity Validation & Analytics Services

  • Due to the custom nature of identity verification, document validation, and analytics reports, these services are strictly non-refundable once processing has begun.
  • Incorrect input or submission errors by the user are not eligible for refunds.
